Williamsburg Bridge

Hands-on inspection of the suspension bridge and approach structures was conducted for this historic bridge that spans the East River between Kings and New York counties. The inspection followed the requirements of the New York State Department of Transportation. The project included 100% hands-on inspection of fracture critical members and the thorough inspection of the main cables, eyebars, strands and suspender ropes. The bridge carries 2 subway tracks and inspection of the rail supporting structure was included.
