The new multi-building facility for National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Weather Service forecast office in Sterling, Virginia includes four highly specialized buildings that house NOAA weather forecasting operations and testing equipment. The project required an intense level of coordination with NOAA to ensure the facility design satisfied the complex operational needs of a complete weather forecast facility.
